Good location, one block away from Paulista Avenue and walking distance to two different subway lines (green and yellow). Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast well served and with a good variety of options.

Great location, wonderful breakfast, staff very helpful. They let us check our bags at the front desk until our room was ready and also after checkout, as we wanted to stay in the area and have lunch before heading to our next destination. They also set up a private 4 hour tour of Sao Paulo at a very reasonable price. Our driver/tour guide was really nice and took us to all kinds of interesting places!

The front desk team was great. Kudos to Daniel in the front desk. He greeted me by name every time he saw me and asked if they could make my stay more enjoyable. Daniel made me feel at home.

Some of the best and most professional room service I've had. Food was just OK. Room was spacious and very clean. Elevator did not need keys to access, but security out front was very observant and helpful.
